Use of Password and Profile

Catali Web Stores ensures that a vendor's account is kept safe and secure with a unique link through which a customized password will be created and to be exclusively managed by the vendor.

A vendor's profile can be viewed by a store owner, their staff and agents when the vendor buys or requests for such a store owner's products/service. Information such as Name, email, phone number, mailing contact, business address, zip code, city, state/province and country will be displayed to the store owner, his staff or agent so they can effectively relate with the vendor

Remote Agents and third party Application Programming Interface (API).

Catali Web Stores permits the use of remote agents for vendors who subscribe to our unique Remote Agent Management plan.

Under no circumstance is an agent permitted to request for a vendor's log in access or in any way gain access to the vendor's password as all activities done on behalf of a vendor are done through Application Programming Interface (API).

The remote agents are professionally trained to help the vendors to do the following:

  • Create Vendor's Profile.
  • Upon an express authorization by the Vendor, the agent can create store, product, service, discount voucher, catalog and subscription which is subject to the Vendor's approval before it can be published.
  • Read Customer-product/service request.
  • Generate and share invoice with vendor's customer.
  • View list of invoices created for the vendor.
  • Create unique adverts subject to the vendor's approval and subscription to the service.
  • Grow the vendor's business by sharing his business product and services with new customers.

We use third party API’s to generate link from trusted third party payment service providers such as Flutterwave, Paystack, BitPay, and Interswitch and accepting Catali Web Stores’ terms and conditions implies that you agree that we should share your information with these third-parties in order to complete your transaction.
